Gas Fireplace Service

This is what should be inspected and maintained every year to keep your gas fireplace running and looking like new.

Check pilot or electronic ignition
Check glass gasket (Direct Vent) 
Check venting
Clean glass
Test thermopile / thermocouple
Test for gas leaks
Check pressure
Replenish ember material 
Vacuum controle aera and burner assemble 
Check for spider webs  (they can block the flow of gas)
