Our full-service inspection includes:

• Checking and adjusting the pilot and ignition system
• Inspecting the venting for blockages
• Testing for gas leaks or carbon monoxide
• Verifying proper flame pattern and safety shut-off systems

Most appointments take about 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the condition and type of fireplace.

Yes, we do require someone 18 or older to be present during the appointment for safety and access reasons.

Some common indicators include:

• Difficulty starting the unit
• Soot buildup on the glass
• Strange smells or sounds
• A weak or irregular flame

If you notice any of these, it's best to schedule a service as soon as possible.

Our technicians are trained to service most major brands of gas fireplaces, inserts, and gas log sets. We service all the brands we sell, and we can also service many other manufacturers that use universal or readily available parts. However, some brands we don’t sell use exclusive or proprietary components that aren’t accessible to independent dealers, so in those cases we may not be able to perform repairs.

While many fireplaces may seem to work fine, hidden issues like blocked vents or gas leaks can pose serious risks. If it’s been more than a year, we strongly recommend a check-up before use.
